Obviously, this will vary from person to person –  depending on the technique and on the procedure. Unfortunately, most patient feel a little pain during and after a rhinoplasty. The most common complaints are that patients feel uncomfortable wearing the splint or having difficulties breading.

Commonly you will experience some pain or discomfort right after nose surgery, which will subside with time. Normal medication such as pain relievers will help for those of you who wish to use them. If the soreness or discomfort does not go away after a couple of days, you should contact your clinic for further advice.

So, little pain is pretty normal after a nose surgery but in most cases it will go away after a day or two.
